Description
BT 23 is used for sealing against water and driving rain as well as protection against condensation water, e.g. with facades ventilated at rear. Also used as a preliminary adhesive strip when sealing surfaces with BT 21 sealing membrane, e.g. for use with hollow mouldings, corners and edges. Additionally it can serve as a horizontal barrier to interrupt the capillary action between foundation and brickwork and as a bandage in case of pipe breaks. Also suitable as a terminal window strip (embrasure, lintel, parapet) and as corrosion protection for underground pipes.
