Description

CERESIT® DD mixture is designed for levelling the surfaces of concrete bases and cement-sand mortars before laying coatings (linoleum, carpeting, laminate, ceramic and PVC tiles). The thickness of the layer for one application is from 0.5 to 5 mm. The compressive strength of the base should be at least 25 MPa. The CERESIT DD mortar mixture is suitable for underfloor heating. The CERESIT DD mortar mixture is not suitable for coatings in industrial floors. Available pack size: 25 kg

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION OF CERESIT DD+

Put the required amount of clean water into a clean container for mixing and then add CERESIT DD+.

MIXING OF CERESIT DD+

Mix with a suitable stirrer for approx. 2 minutes until the mixture is free of lumps. After a resting period of 3-5 minutes, mix again.

APPLICATION OF CERESIT DD+

The screed is poured and spread using a steel rake (toothed trowel though and thin) after which it is deaerated using a deaeration roller.

High traffic and underfloor heating resistant. Do not use on asphalt mastic screed.

CERESIT DD+ is a screed for levelling and levelling absorbent supports (concrete slabs, cement screeds and anhydrite screeds) only inside. After hardening, it can be covered with: PVC carpet, carpet, linoleum, rubber and parquet.

Only carry out floor installation work if air temperature is above 18 °C and relative humidity below 75 %.
