CERESIT® CS 42 Marble Joint Silicone seals joints between building elements made of brickwork, concrete and tile coverings and is used for expansion joints in natural stone and marble coverings made of granite, limestone, quartzite, travertine, shell marl, sandstone, limestone tiles and Carrara marble. Adheres without priming coat to polyester, porcelain, wood and tiles. Not suitable for use on surfaces in contact with food and in drinking water tanks.Available size: 300 ml

For indoor and outdoor use
Joint flanks must be dry, sound, clean and free from substances which may impair adhesion (e.g. oil, grease, old sealant). Screw the nozzle on and cut it off at an angle to match the joint width and fill the sealant into the joint.
CERESIT CS 42 is supplied ready-to-use and can be applied from the original packaging with no special pre-treatment.
Areas soiled with fresh sealant may be cleaned with a dry pad or a pad soaked in a solvent. Any cured sealant can be removed by scraping (e. g. using a razor blade) or by using a special silicone remover product.
CERESIT CS 42 can be used for natural substrates such as marble, granite, sandstone and quartzite.
Can be used for sealing joints in interior and exterior facades, sanitary applications.
Store CERESIT CS 42 in a dry place between 5 °C and 25 °C. Shelf life is 15 months in the original packaging after date of manufacture (the expiry date is shown on the packaging).
