CE 60 is a high quality ready-to-use grout for joints up to 6 mm in width. Due to its one-component-formula based on polymer, its application is exceedingly easy. When applying the grout, it's important to wash and profile the joints immediately after application. A maximum of 2 m2 of area should be grouted at a time, which should then be washed immediately, but no later than 10 minutes after application.
1. Open the package.
2. Using a small metal or plastic spatula, mix the contents of the package to an uniform consistency.
3. A maximum of 2 m2 of grout should be grouted at a time. Apply a small amount of grout to the joint using a rubber trowel. Remove any excess grout immediately.
4. Clean the surface within 10 min of application with warm water. First carefully rinse the entire surface with a damp sponge or a spray bottle, then remove the remaining grout from the surface of the tiles. Use as little water as possible to avoid damaging the surface. Avoid any strong pressure of the grout. Apply the grout to a small area (max. 2 m2), profile, clean and move on to the next surface, repeating the same process.
5. If grout residues remain on the tiles, clean the surface with warm water or a dedicated cleaner. This step needs to be performed a minimum of 24 hours after application.
6. Close the bucket, the remaining grout is re-usable.

CE 60 is not only a new product, but a completely new technology. Use a rubber trowel to apply the with short motions, leaving almost no grout on the tiles.
Apply a small amount of grout to the trowel, during installation, focus on applying the product only to the joints and as little as possible to the surface of the tiles.
Start cleaning the tiles IMMEDIATELY or no longer than 10 minutes after application in order to avoid grouts residues remainin on the tiles.
Never add water to CE 60 gourt. Make sure to properly mix the product either by had or by mixer.
Apply the grout over a small surface (max 2 m2), profile, clean (max within 10 minutes) and move on to next surface repeating the same activity.
Avoid wetting the sponge too much, as exessive water might damage the proudct.
Profiling is easier with warm water. Cold water makes the binding process longer.
To achieve clean surface free of any residues use fresh water for the second cleaning.
If there's residures on the tiles 1 h after cleaning, moisten it with hot water (not boiled) for a few minutes and clean again.
