Ceresit CE 43 mortar has increased chemical and mechanical resistance and is therefore ideal for grouting ceramics on balconies, terraces and heated floors. Thanks to CE 43's hydrophobic properties (aquastatic effect) water drops remain in the shape of pearls on the surface without penetrating into the structure.

YOU WILL NEED:

    Step by step

    Preparation & mixing

Adhesive mortar must have set and dried sufficiently and the joints must be free of adhesive residues and dirt.
Pour the required amount of CE 43  into a bucket with clean, clear water - use the correct mixing ratio with water as defined on the packaging. Mix with an electric driller until you achieve a homogenous mixture, free of lumps. Leave for 3 minutes to mature, then stir again.

    Application

Apply the mortar with a grouting tool on wall or floor in such a way that the joint is completely filled.

    Cleaning

After the grout has started to set (fingertest), clean the area by wiping with a wet sponge and little water. The second cleaning should be done in diagonal movements with clean water.
