Atria Urban Resort was conceived with the vision of transforming an unused and timeworn area of the capital into a modern residential complex. From the outset, our aim was to approach things differently. We envisioned bringing nature into the city, creating a resort-like atmosphere where residents feel as if they're on a perpetual holiday. This concept of a "resort" led to an urban regeneration project that converted an industrial zone into a verdant park, where green spaces are three times larger than the built areas.
